Born to the Ocean is a project dedicated to the organization and curation of diving experiences, online training in underwater photography and videography, sale of digital products, ocean merchandising and personalized consulting services related to the marine environment.
Born to the Ocean is not a travel agency, nor does it act as one.
The company does not sell closed tour packages or its own tourist transport services.

Nature of travel and experiences
The travel experiences offered through this website are understood as organized and coordinated activities, in collaboration with duly authorized local providers in each destination (diving centers, accommodations, maritime operators, etc.).
Born to the Ocean acts as an organizer and coordinator of the experience, but not as a direct provider of regulated tourist services, such as flights, transport or traditional tour packages.
The final contracting of certain services can be carried out directly between the user and the corresponding local providers, under the conditions and responsibilities of said providers.

Terms of use
Access to and use of this website confers the status of user and implies full acceptance of the conditions reflected herein.
The user agrees to make appropriate use of the content, services and functionalities offered, in accordance with the law, good faith and public order.

Responsibility
Born to the Ocean is not responsible for the misuse of the information contained on this website or for damages resulting from decisions made by the user based on said information.
Participation in diving activities and experiences in natural environments involves inherent risks, which the user recognizes and accepts when booking any experience.
It is the user's responsibility to have the appropriate training, certifications and insurance for diving.

All content on this website, including text, images, photographs, videos, logos, graphic design and training material, is the property of Born to the Ocean or its rightful owners, and its reproduction, distribution or modification is prohibited without express authorization.

Applicable legislation
The relationship between the user and the website owner will be governed by the current legislation of the Republic of Estonia, as well as by applicable European regulations on electronic commerce and data protection.
